In case the EDD (Estimated delivery date) is crossed and shipment is still not delivered, we request you to raise the issue to our logistic operations team via expedite delivery option.
If an order crosses the EDD, an escalate button gets activated under the expedite delivery column in the Shipments >>> Track Tab.
You can click on this escalate button to raise a concern for delayed delivery. Once you click ‘Escalate’, you will get a pop-up stating that your concern has been escalated to the team.
Upon receiving the request, we will get the delivery expedited by connecting to the concerned logistics partner.
