In case the EDD (Estimated delivery date) is crossed and shipment is still not delivered, we request you to raise the issue to our logistic operations team via expedite delivery option. 

Follow the steps below to raise a dispute for your shipment:

Step 1: Go to the Order option from the left menu.

Step 2: Search the AWB Number for which you want to raise the dispute. 

Step 3: If an order crosses the EDD, an escalate button gets activated, click on that.

Step 4: Write your delivery delay remarks in the box and click on the Escalate button to raise your delivery delay dispute.
