Facing a delayed delivery with Shiprocket? Don't worry, resolving it is a breeze!

Here's how to raise a complaint for a late shipment:

  1. Head to the Order Section: Log in to your Shiprocket panel and navigate to the "Orders" section >> "In Transit" tab.

  2. Find Your Shipment: Use the search bar to locate your shipment using the Order ID, AWB number, buyer's mobile number, email address, or pickup ID.


  3. Check the EDD: Locate the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) for your shipment.

  4. Is it Late? If the EDD has passed and your shipment hasn't arrived, you'll see a "Create Ticket" option next to the shipment information.

  5. Raise the Complaint: Click on "Create Ticket," enter a clear description of the delay in the remarks section, and submit the ticket.

  6. Track Your Ticket: You can conveniently monitor the status of your complaint by going to the "Help and Support" section within your Shiprocket panel.
