This tab allows you to perform the following actions:
1. Apply Filters: Orders can be filtered by date range, RTO statuses, or additional filters such as couriers.
2. Download Report: This button will help you download a report of all orders in the RTO tab.
3. Upload Eway Bill: If your RTO order is worth more than Rs. 50000, you must upload an Eway Bill to request pickup.
4. Track: Click here to get a real-time update on your RTO order.
5. Acknowledge: This button is used to notify Shiprocket that the RTO order has been received.
6. More (...): This button will allow you to perform the following actions on your order: Track, Request POD, and Raise Dispute.
