This tab allows you to perform the following actions:


1. Apply Filters: Orders can be filtered by date range, order statuses, or additional filters such as couriers.


2. Bulk Escalate Orders: This button can be used to escalate multiple orders that have been delayed for delivery.

3. Download Report: This button will help you download a report of all orders in the In Transit tab.


4. Track: Click here to get a real-time update on your order.

 

5. Escalate: If your order delivery is delayed, you can escalate the issue from here.
