You can now contact your buyer directly from your Shiprocket account to ask if they want a reattempt for their undelivered order or not. You can also use this opportunity to learn why the customer has denied the delivery in the first place. Follow the steps below to know how to make this call:


Step 1: Go to ‘NDR’ from your left-menu.



Step 2: Under the ‘Action Required’ tab, you can see all undelivered orders where an action is pending.


Step 3: Select the order for which you want to contact your buyer. Click on the more option under the ‘Action’ column and select the Contact Buyer option.


Step 4: You may either click on Initiate Call to receive a call on your registered mobile number or you may select the option to choose another phone number from the drop down as the seller's contact number to make a call from.



Step 5: Enter Buyer’s Phone number only if the call needs to be made on an alternate number.


Step 6: As soon as you pick up the phone, we will connect your call to your buyer. Once completed, you will be able to see the call history in the NDR history section. 



Step 7: Next, click on the Reattempt button to send a request to the concerned courier partner. No need to attach any proof here as we will consider your call history for the same. 

 

Important points to remember:


  • Please note you will be able to make one successful call in each NDR attempt.
  • Disable DND services on your network to connect this call
