Pickup delays happen, but they don't have to stall your business. Here's how to handle them efficiently in your Shiprocket account:

1. Check the Status:

Head to the "Orders >> Pickups and Manifests" section in your Shiprocket account and locate the shipment experiencing the delay. Check its status to understand the situation.


2. Escalate :

Shiprocket is already on it! Depending on the status shiprocket might automatically escalate delays to the courier partner. You can take charge if the delay persists.

Find the delayed shipment in the "Orders >> Pickups and Manifests" section and look for the "Create Ticket" button (next to the pickup ID). Click it to notify Shiprocket.


3. Speed Up Resolution:

To expedite a resolution, follow these steps:

  • Select the Escalation Reason: Choose the reason that best explains the pickup delay from the available options.
  • Enter Remarks: Briefly explain the nature of the delay and any potential impact (e.g., urgent customer delivery).


4. Track Resolution:

Shiprocket will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue. You can track progress within your order section or using the Help and Support section in the shiprocket panel.
