You may be unable to request pickup for your shipment for the following reasons:
1) Pickup Error: Pickup Error status for your shipments is displayed when either the order details are incorrect or the courier company API returns an error response for a variety of reasons. Under the Ready to Ship tab, you'll see the pickup error status under the status column. In this case, depending on the reason for error you, you can edit your order details or you can reassign your courier to a different courier partner.
2) Eway Bill Required: If you're shipping an order worth more than Rs. 50000, you must upload an Eway Bill to request pickup for your shipment.
3) Non-Serviceable Zone: If either the pickup or delivery pincode is in the courier's non-serviceable zone, the shipment is marked as Pickup Exception. In this case, you need to reassign your courier to a different courier partner.
