Shipment not delivered or received in an improper, partial, empty, or damaged state? 

You can now file a dispute with your Shiprocket panel within 3 days of its Delivered/RTO Delivered/RTO Acknowledged status. To know how to file a delivery dispute, follow the steps below:

a) Log in to your Shiprocket account and go to Orders >> All Orders.

b) The "POD Actions" button is located against your order in the POD Details column. Please keep in mind that you can only file a delivery dispute against Delivered or RTO Delivered shipments.

c) To proceed, select the reason for the delivery dispute and click Submit.

Note: There are no changes in the POD workflow and you can still request a POD within 7 days for documentation and other purposes.
