POD or Proof of Delivery is an essential document of eCommerce deliveries. However, sometimes couriers share incomplete or invalid PODs that could hamper the validation of customer response. You can now raise an escalation against a POD that is incomplete as per your business needs.
Steps to raise Dispute against Fake POD (Proof of Delivery):
Step 1: Go to the Orders option from the left menu.
Step 2: Locate the order for which you want to raise fake POD Dispute and Click on the More Option (...).
Step 3: Click on the Raise Dispute option and select your dispute reason.
Note: Dispute can be raised within 3 days of shipment delivery.
Step 4: Upload image files if you have received a fake or empty POD and also fill the remaining details asked in the form and click on the submit button.
