Here's how you can change the payment mode of your COD order:


  1. Activate the Change Payment Mode setting for your account. Click here to learn how. 

  2. Go to Orders from the left menu and go to the New tab.

  3. Select the order for which you want to update the payment mode and click on the more icon.

  4. Next, click on the Edit Order button. Here you can change the payment mode from COD to Prepaid. 

    Note: This setting will only work if you have activated COD to Prepaid setting for your account. 

  5. Click on Update to proceed with the changes.
