Freight Charge- The forward shipment charge gets debited from your Shiprocket wallet at the time of order processing. 

Freight Charge Reversed - When you cancel an order or shipment, the forward shipment charge gets credited to your Shiprocket wallet. The amount will be reversed in case of courier reassignment. 

Excess Weight Charge - The on-hold amount gets debited when the weight dispute case goes in favour of courier. 

RTO Freight Charge - Freight charges applicable on RTO shipments.

RTO Freight Reversed - We will reverse the RTO freight charges if the status is revoked due to any reason. 

SR Credit - When Shiprocket gives you credit for multiple reasons.

Cancelled - Amount credited to your wallet in case of an order or shipment cancellation.

COD Charge - Depending on the courier, COD charges are applicable for all COD orders at the time of processing. 

COD Charge Reversed - We reverse the COD amount in case your shipment goes in RTO. 

RTO Excess Weight Charge - The on-hold amount for your RTO shipment gets debited when the weight dispute case goes in favour of courier. 

RTO Excess Freight Reversed - When we credit the excess RTO weight charge to your wallet due to any reason.
