In case the EDD (Estimated delivery date) is crossed and shipment is still not delivered, we request you to raise the issue to our logistic operations team via expedite delivery option. 


Steps to be followed:


1. Open your Shiprocket App and go to View Shipments.

2. Here filter out your orders by selecting 'Delivery Delayed' status. Select your preferred order.

3. You can then click on the 'Get Help' button present on the screen to raise a delivery escalation.


4. You'll find an 'Escalate' button on the bottom half of your screen. Click on it and choose the appropriate reason for escalation.
