- Head to the "Orders" section, "New" tab and use checkboxes to select the orders you want to ship.
- From the dropdown menu next to the selected orders, choose "Ship Order." This will select the courier for all chosen orders based on the courier priority you have set.
3. Schedule Pickups Efficiently:
- Once your orders are marked "Ready to Ship," navigate to that tab and use checkboxes to select the orders you want to schedule pickup for.
- From the dropdown list next to the selections, choose "Schedule Pickup." Shiprocket will automatically schedule the pickup for the next available slot, optimizing your time.4. Download Documents in Bulk:
- Select the orders you need documents for using checkboxes.
- Utilize the dropdown menu next to the selected orders and choose "Download Label" or "Download Invoice" to download them in bulk for all chosen orders.

- Select the orders for which you want to generate a manifest using checkboxes.
- From the dropdown menu next to the selected orders, choose "Download Manifest." This creates a manifest encompassing all your chosen orders. A single manifest will be generated for orders provided they share the same pickup date, location, and courier partner.
6. Pickup ID and Manifest Movement:
- Once the manifest is generated, the Shiprocket creates a unique Pickup ID for orders with same manifest.
- These orders automatically move to the "Pickup and Manifests" section for streamlined tracking and management.
