In the event that a buyer encounters an issue, they can file a complaint using the Buyer App. This complaint will then be seamlessly transmitted to Shiprocket and can be conveniently accessed through your dashboard under the ONDC tab. If the complaint falls within the designated return window, a refund will be initiated. Please note that payment to the seller is only released after the return window has elapsed. Beyond this window, any resolution or further action required will be handled directly between you and the buyer.
