You can easily track ONDC orders through multiple ways:
Shiprocket Account: You'll find all ONDC orders neatly organised in your Shiprocket account's "All Orders" section. These orders will be conveniently tagged with "ONDC" for easy identification.
Shopify Account: Additionally, ONDC orders will be visible in your Shopify account, ensuring seamless integration and visibility across platforms.
ONDC Tab: To streamline your ONDC order management, navigate to the "Orders" section in the left menu under the ONDC tab. Here, you'll find a dedicated list containing only ONDC orders for efficient tracking and processing.
