Escalation is the way by which Shiprocket provides a shield to its sellers against fake courier remarks. If you feel the pickup exception reason was incorrect you can raise escalation.
Follow the steps to raise escalation:
Step 1: Go to the Pickup tab and select Escalate.
Step 2: Select Escalation reason.
Step 3: Click on Escalate.
Step 4: Now, you can check the status where your escalation status moved to pending.
Note: Shiprocket team will revert back within 24 hours!
