Pickup error occurs when the courier refuses to accept the pickup request. This could happen due to multiple reasons. 


For example: A pickup error usually comes up when either the order details are incorrect or the courier company API is showing an error response due to some specific reasons. 


How to solve?


Each pickup error will have a specific pickup error reason associated with it. To fix this issue, you can either reassign the courier or retry with the same courier by correcting the buyer's details.



Steps to fix Pickup Error:


Step 1: Click on Ship Now.

Step 2: Select your preferred courier partner and then date.

Step 3: Now, schedule pickup and after this, your order will be moved to the Ready to Ship tab.
