Yes, you can download all the weight discrepancy order report. Weight Discrepancy takes place when the weight mentioned by the user is different from the weight calculated by the carrier service.
To download a report for weight discrepancy:
Go to Weight Panel from the left menu and select Weight Discrepancy.
To download the weight discrepancy report, click the download icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
