Please follow the steps below to create a return order in Shiprocket App:
1. Go to the homepage and click on the new 'Return' section.
2. Start creating a return order by adding;
- Pickup POC Details (Your buyer's address)
- Delivery Address (Your office or warehouse address)
- The reason for return. You can also add additional comments here.
- Upload images of your order (this step is optional)
3. Click on Proceed to add your product details and shipment weight.
4. Next, find a courier partner and request a pickup for your return order.
