Undelivered packages (RTO) get returned to you, and you (Seller) cover the return cost. Heavier items and farther zones mean higher RTO charges.
Prevent RTOs:
- Double-check addresses and contact details.
- Communicate with the buyer.
- Ask the buyer to ensure enough cash for COD orders.
