Important:
Please be informed that there is a new regulation being implemented by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) that requires all organizations to register their SMS content and templates under Distributed Ledger Technology or DLT. Due to this, we have temporarily disabled the ability to add or edit any custom SMS on Shiprocket. To get your already added SMSes approved, please contact your Key Account Manager. Please be assured that your buyers will receive timely shipment notifications, and there is no change in that matter whatsoever.
Follow the steps below to understand how to customize your SMS notifications:
Go to Settings > Company > Buyer Communication Settings
Click on the edit button to start editing your SMS template. You can edit one template at a time only.
You can either select from our pre-defined templates, or jumpstart to create your own.
Click on the edit button on the Custom template to design it as per your preference.
Here, you'll be able to change the complete message as per your preference. To add any attribute, simply Type {{ }} with the attribute to insert it in the message.
When you're happy with the end result, click on the "Update Details" button to save your template.
Repeat this process for all the order statuses.
Note: Customization is only available in Shiprocket Pro and Enterprise plans.
