Follow the steps below to understand how to customize your email notifications:
Go to Settings > Notifications > Buyer Communication > Email & SMS Communication
Click on the edit button to start editing your email template. You can edit one template at a time only.
You can either select from our pre-defined templates, or jumpstart to create your own.
Click on the edit button on the Custom template to design it as per your preference.
Here, you'll be able to change the subject line, body content, logo, and other product/order attributes of your email. You can also insert images in the template.
To add any attribute, simply Type {{ }} with the attribute to insert it in the message.
When you're happy with the end result, click on the "Update Details" button to save your template.
Repeat this process for all the order statuses.
Note: Customization is only available in Shiprocket Pro and Enterprise Plans.
