Shiprocket sends order notifications to your buyers at every order stage, such as Order Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered, etc. However, buyer communication settings are very flexible, and you can decide whether you want to notify your buyers through Shiprocket or not.
We have three different templates for order notifications for you to choose from. You can also customize your email and SMS as per your requirements.
Note: Customization is only available in Shiprocket Pro and Enterprise Plans. However, anyone can enable or disable communication settings for their buyers.
