To create ticket for issue with API integration, follow the listed below steps: 

Step 1: Go to the Help & Support option from the left menu.

Step 2: Click on the create ticket button available in the top right corner of the same page.

Step 3: To get solution for API integration related issue, create ticket under Technical Support category.

Step 4: Select the subcategory of this issue which will be Issues With Channel & API Integration and then, enter your AWB number and hit the create ticket button.
