Shiprocket sellers can now accept returns for their products directly from their Post Ship tracking page.


How to set up your own tracking page?


  1. Setup your returns page


Go to the Post Ship page and click on the ‘Returns’ tab to get started




  1. Customize your returns page


First, turn the toggle on if you wish to allow ‘returns’ on your tracking page.


Next, select the number of days for which you allow return on your products. This can be any no. from 1 to 30.



Now, please turn the toggle on if you allow ‘return’ on all your products.



Similarly, you can turn off the toggle if you do not allow return on all your products. In this case, you will be required to upload a list of SKUs for which return is not applicable.



Please verify all the details and click on ‘Submit’.
