After submission of details, Shiprocket team checks your entries within 24 - 48 business hours & approves or rejects your application based on what they find.

Here’s why your bank verification may have failed:

1. Mismatched Account Numbers: Your account number and the 're-enter account number' fields must match. Any disparity between the two will result in a verification failure.

2. Incorrect Account Type: Ensure that you select the correct account type that aligns with your business. Selecting the wrong account type can lead to verification failure.

3. Incorrect IFSC Code: Make sure you enter the correct IFSC (Indian Financial System Code) of your bank branch. If you're unsure about the IFSC code, you can use the IFSC lookup option available in the Shiprocket panel.

4. Discrepancies in Account Information: The account number and IFSC you provide must exactly match the information printed on your cancelled cheque.

5. Unclear Photograph of Cancelled Cheque: When uploading a photograph of your cancelled cheque, ensure it is clear and legible. Blurry or unclear images can result in verification failure.

6. Photograph of Passbook: If you choose to upload a picture of your passbook instead of a cancelled cheque, it should clearly display your bank stamp and your photograph, ensuring the authenticity of the document.

If your bank verification has failed because of the above reasons, we request you to submit your documents again. Our team will cross-check your details again and get back to you within 48 business hours.
