Ever assigned a courier for a return order only to realize a different one might be a better fit? Shiprocket allows you to easily reassign couriers for return orders, ensuring efficient and smooth return processing.
Here's how to switch couriers for a return in Shiprocket:
Requirements:
- The return order cannot be in "Out for Pickup" status.
Steps:-
Navigate to Returns:
- In your Shiprocket seller panel, go to the "Returns" section from the left-hand menu.
Find the Return Order:
- Click on the "Return Pickup Scheduled" tab to view a list of pending return pickups.
- Locate the specific order you want to modify by searching for the Order ID.
Reassign the Courier:
- Once you've found the order, click the "Re-Assign Courier" button. This will display a list of available courier partners.
Choose a New Partner:
- Compare and select the new courier partner you'd like to handle the return shipment.
Finalize the Change:
- Confirm your selection by clicking on the "Initiate Return" button to complete the reassignment process.
Note: After reassigning the courier, it's recommended to inform the customer about the change for transparency.
