To get a hassle-free COD remittance, ensure the following:
- Bank details are updated in your Shiprocket panel in which you want the amount to get remitted.
- Your Shiprocket wallet balance is always positive [only for prepaid sellers].
- There is no freight invoice pending for more than 30 days.
Once this is ensured, go to the Billing tab and click on the Remittance logs tab to remit the pending payment to your bank account.
