For all high risk orders, you can call the buyer through the Customer Connect module. Select the number or enter the number that you want to use for calling the customer. (Please select a seller number which doesn’t have DND enabled. We cannot connect to numbers with DND enabled)
Click on Initiate call to buyer
Your call will be connected to the buyer. Use the calling script assistance and verify your order/address details with the buyer
Click on Confirm Order button, after verifying the details
