To select or customize the flow of WhatsApp Communication, you can use our predefined message list that is sent to buyers. You can choose at least one or all messages depending on your specific needs. 

Currently, we trigger messages for the following status: Picked, packed, shipped, out for delivery, Arriving early, delivery delayed and Delivered. 

This allows you to keep your buyers informed about the status of their orders and ensure a smooth communication process.

Follow the below steps to customize the flow of WhatsApp Communication:

Step 1: Go to the settings option of your Shiprocket account.

Step 2: Click on the buyer communication option available in the Notifications Section.

Step 3: Go to the bottom of this page and click on the preview option available under the ‘select shipment status for WhatsApp communication’. 

Step 4: Select the order status that you want to send out to your buyers and click on the ‘Save’ button to save your customization. 

Once you have made your selections, save your changes and the new flow of communication will take effect.
