To enable or disable the RTO score, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the settings menu.

Step 2: Locate the Shipment feature section.

Step 3: Under the Shipment feature section, you will find the option for RTO score, click on that.

Step 4: To enable RTO, click on the "Enable RTO Score" button. 

Step 5: To disable RTO, click on the "Disable RTO" button and input your reason and then, submit.
