You can now freeze your product's actual weight & dimensions to avoid frequent weight discrepancies. For this:
a) Log in to your Shiprocket account and go to "Weight Management>Weight Freeze" option from the left menu.
b) Here you can either request a weight freeze for your existing products or import new products. Click on Request Weight Freeze for your preferred SKU and fill out the form.
c) Upload at least 1 product image and 5 final package images. Make sure the length, width, height and actual weight of the product is visible in the photographs.
d) Next, add the weight and dimensions of your package & click on "Request Weight Freeze"
f) Once the request is successfully raised, you can track the status of your request on the "Weight Freeze panel > Requset Raised" tab.
