Shiprocket does not import dimensions for any of your SKU. However, you can easily add shipping weight and dimensions to each product by following the instructions below:
1. Log in to your Shiprocket account and go to Setup & Manage >> Catalogue >> Channel Products from the left menu.
2. You'll find an 'upload' icon at the top-right corner of your screen. Click on it and download a sample product file.
3. Replace the sample data with your products' information. It includes info like Channel Name, Product Name, SKU Code, Weight, Dimensions, etc.
4. Now, select the updated file using the 'Browse' option and click on 'Upload Products' to proceed.
Note: Adding actual/dead weight to the product file is optional but highly advisable. Shiprocket will take the default weight of your SKU if there's no information present in the product file.
