Adding your brand name to your channel is extremely important as;
1. We use your brand name in all buyer-facing communications such as; Email, SMS, Post Ship page, and Label.
2. It helps your buyer to easily recognize your brand which results in low RTO.
3. People are more likely to purchase from a business that appears polished.
To know how to add your brand name to all your channels, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your Shiprocket account and go to Setup & Manage >> Channels.
2. Here, select your channel and click on the edit button available right next to it.
3. A new page will open where you can find two fields; Communication Brand Name and Brand Logo
4. Add your brand name here in the given field as shown in the image below. You can also upload your brand logo.

5. To save your changes, finally click on "Update Channel and Test Connection".
Follow the same steps for all your channels.
