A step-by-step guide to integrate your Store Hippo account with Shiprocket:
1. Generate an "Access Key"
a) Log in to your Store Hippo account.
b) Go to "Advanced Settings" to create an access key.
2. Integrate Store Hippo with Shiprocket
a) Log in to your Shiprocket account.
b) Here, go to Setup & Manage >> Channels from the left menu.
c) Click on "Add New Channel" from your top-right corner. A new screen will open where you can find the list of all the channels that can be integrated with Shiprocket.
d) Click on the ‘Add’ option under Store Hippo.
e) Here, turn the toggle on to pull your order statuses in Shiprocket.
f) Next, enter your "Store URL" and "Access Key".
g) Finally, click on ‘Save Channel and Test Connection’.
If the details shared in the seller panel are valid, the Store Hippo channel will be enabled instantly and you would be able to fetch orders from the past 30 days.
