A custom channel can be created to manage offline/Store orders or to manage orders from channels that are not authenticated with Shiprocket.
How to Add a Custom Channel:
Step 1: Go to Setup & Manage >> Channels from the left menu. On the following page, click the Add New Channel button.
Step 2: You will see a list of all the channels that can be authenticated with Shiprocket. Now select Custom -> turn on the toggle button to successfully authenticate.
Step 3: Fill in the Channel Name field -> Click “Update Channel & Test Connection”.
The toggle button indicates that the channel has been successfully authenticated.
(Note: Orders do not come into the system automatically via any channel and no inventory is updated to the Custom channel. User has to import orders manually for Custom Channel via “Bulk import Order Sheet”)
