A custom channel can be created to manage offline/Store orders or to manage orders from channels that are not integrated with Shiprocket.
How to Add a Custom Channel
Step 1: Go to Manage >> All Channels from the left menu. On the following page, click the Add New Channel button.
Step 2: You will see a list of all the channels that can be integrated with Shiprocket. Now select Custom -> Click Integrate
Step 3: Fill in the Channel Name field -> Click “Save Channel & Test Connection”
The green icon indicates that the channel has been successfully configured.
(Note: Orders do not come into the system automatically via any channel and no inventory is updated to the Custom channel. User has to import orders manually for Custom Channel via “Bulk import Order Sheet”)
