The map payment statuses feature helps you map new and existing payment gateway/statuses of your channel against Shiprocket's COD and Prepaid payment statuses. To enable this:
1. Go to Setup & Manage >> Channels from the left menu.
2. Now, click on the 'Edit' button for the channel you wish to map payment statuses. It will redirect you to a new page.
3. In this page, locate 'Map Payment Statuses' header. Please turn the toggle on to turn on this feature.
4. You can enter multiple statuses separated by ",". Please refer to the image below:
6. Click on 'Update Channel & Test Connection'.
