A Pull Order Status Mapper allows you to match your eCommerce channel or website statuses with the Shiprocket's order processing status. For this;

1. Go to Setup & Manage >> Channels from the left menu.

3. Now, click on 'Edit' button for the channel you wish to pull order statuses. It will redirect you to a new page.

4. On this page locate the 'Pull Order Statuses' header.

5. You can enter multiple statuses separated by "," . Please refer to the image below:


6. Click on 'Update Channel & Test Connection'.

Note: By default, we import unfulfilled orders for Amazon. If you are connecting any other channel, please mention all your order statuses which you want to map with Shiprocket's order processing status.
