Shiprocket automatically syncs/imports all your pending orders from the channels those are integrated into the panel.
For all the channels integrated, Order Sync Automatically runs every 30 minutes.
But still in case you want to run order sync manually , you can Go to – Orders Tab and click Sync -> Orders.
Just make sure that for your integrated channel , the Order Sync is On
