If a Freight invoice is pending:
Here, we hold 1.5x of your COD remittance. We will transfer the pending remittance to your bank account as soon as you clear your invoice.
If a SaaS invoice is pending:
If your invoice is still overdue after the last date, we will suspend your account for 10 days. After this, we'll wait for 7 days to let you renewal your account by paying your invoice. In a case of non-renewal, we will suspend your account.
