Worried about lost or damaged packages? Shiprocket Secure offers a safety net for your valuable shipments.
Here's a quick guide on how to activate it for all shipments (Blanket Cover):
1. Login and Access Settings:
Head to your Shiprocket account and log in. Once you're in, navigate to the "Settings" section.
2. Locate Shipment Features:
Within your settings, look for a section labeled "Value Added Services"
3. Choose Your Secure Shipment Option:
In the "Secure Shipments" section, you'll be presented with two options:
- Secure All shipments above ₹2500: This automatically activates coverage for all future shipments exceeding Rs. 2500 in value.
- Secure Only India Post Shipments: This option allows you to activate Shiprocket Secure specifically for shipments using India Post as the courier partner.
Click the "Activate" button next to the option that best suits your needs.
Securing Individual Packages:
The "Settings" option offers blanket coverage, but you can also secure individual packages with two methods:
- Manual Order Creation: When manually creating orders, you'll find a "Secure Shipment" option.
- Order Processing: During order processing, you can select the "Secure My Shipment Now" option on the courier selection page. This allows you to secure specific shipments within your order flow.
