How to switch from Prepaid to Postpaid?
Step 1: Go to the Settings from the left menu.
Step 2: Select Postpaid under the COD Payments section.
Step 3: Switch the toggle on to request a conversion from Prepaid to Postpaid.
Step 4: Click Submit to proceed.
