Listed below is how the Return Process work:


Step 1: Buyer requests Return from Tracking Page.

Step 2: You have the option to accept/decline the Return Requests depending on your return policy. 

Step 3: If you are accepting the return request raised by your buyer, schedule pickup for return. 

Step 4: You can process refund or send Payout Links with RazorpayX Integration. 

Step 5: Once the package received at warehouse, acknowledge the returned product(s) and auto restock accordingly.
