How to restock inventory in my respective channel after return is completed? Print

NOTE: Currently, the Inventory Restock feature is only available for Shopify Channel.

You can restock your inventory directly from the Shiprocket panel for all your returns.

For all the Return Order under Delivered status, click on the “Acknowledge” button under the Action column.
Inventory Location will be selected by default. You can also select another location from the dropdown.
Click on the “Acknowledge” button. Your returned item will be restocked.

You can also restock all the returns in bulk. Follow the below steps for bulk restock:

Click on the Bulk-Acknowledge icon on the top-right corner.
Mention the restock locations of all returns in the sheet while uploading.
Upload the sheet. All the return orders in the sheet with the appropriate location will be restocked. The return Order status will be changed to Acknowledge.
