Once an order is delivered, the buyer can raise a return request directly from the Tracking Page.

Note: This applies when Return & Refund is enabled in the Shiprocket Seller Panel settings.


  • Click on the “Return Order” link on the Tracking Page.


  • Select the reason for returning the product(s).



  • Select the product(s) you wish to return.

  • Select the Refund Mode.


  • Review your Return Request and click on “Submit”.


All returns will be visible in your Shiprocket account under the Return Request tab.
