Once an order is delivered, the buyer can raise a return request directly from the Tracking Page.
Note: This applies when Return & Refund is enabled in the Shiprocket Seller Panel settings.
Click on the “Return Order” link on the Tracking Page.
Select the reason for returning the product(s).
Select the product(s) you wish to return.
Select the Refund Mode.
Review your Return Request and click on “Submit”.
All returns will be visible in your Shiprocket account under the Return Request tab.
