Shiprocket only retrieves an order's weight from Shopify. Dimensions can be manually updated when orders are processed. Alternatively, you can use the Bulk Upload method to update the dimensions in bulk from the Channel Products.
Please follow the steps outlined below:
a) From the left menu, navigate to Channels and select Channel Products.
b) In the upper-right corner, click the Upload icon.
c) Save the sample products file and replace the data with your own.
d) Re-upload it to change the dimensions.
