Follow the steps below to enable change payment mode setting for your COD orders:
Log in to your Shiprocket account and go to Settings >> Shipment Features.
Under Shipment Features, click on the"COD to Prepaid" button.
Read the terms and conditions carefully and turn the toggle on to activate this setting for your account.
