Follow the steps below to know how to create a return order:
1. Open your Shiprocket app and click on the Return Order tab on your homepage. If you are using our Android app, then click on the "Create Return Shipment" tab.
2. Start by adding the pickup details. Here, you need to add your buyer's name, address, email ID, and phone number.
3. Next, choose your delivery address. This is your office or warehouse address.
4. Select a reason for return and add images if required.
5. Next, add your product details and the weight & dimensions of the shipment.
6. Finally, click on "Find Courier Partner" to generate a pickup for your return order.
