Please follow the below steps to download a POD for your order:
1. Open your Shiprocket App and go to View Shipments.
2. Here, based on your order status (Delivered), you can filter out your order.
3. Select your order to find a 'Download' button on the Order Details page.
4. Click on it to request a POD for your order. You'll receive it within 3-5 working days. Once ready, you can download your POD by clicking the same icon.
