The new Shiprocket Delays Dashboard gives you a better understanding of why and where your Shipments are stuck in the process.



Find exactly what you're looking for by filtering out the rest of the data. You can put a filter on the date, zone, courier, payment and shipment mode.


Note: Filters will work on all data points on the screen. Displayed data will change as per the selected filter.


Let's understand these filters in-depth:


1. Date: Currently we show a default value for the last 30 Days (Excluding Current Date). The date will work as it is currently working.


2. Zone: Currently we show a default value for all zones: The drop-down contains the following value. You can select multiple options at once:

  • All Zone

  • Zone A

  • Zone B

  • Zone C

  • Zone D

  • Zone E


It's a multi-select. 


3. Couriers: Currently, we show a default value for all couriers. The drop-down contains the list of couriers you have used to date. You can select multiple options at once. 


For example:

  • All Couriers

  • FedEx

  • Delhivery

  • XpressBees


4. Payment Mode: Currently, we show a default value for both COD & Prepaid orders. The drop-down contains the following value:

  • Prepaid & COD

  • COD

  • Prepaid


5. Shipment Mode: Currently, we show a default value for Air & Surface Mode. The drop-down contains the following value:

  • Air & Surface

  • Air

  • Surface



Definitions and Description of each data point:


Misrouted Shipments: Shipments in Misrouted status.


ODA Shipments: Shipments that couldn't get delivered due to Out of Delivery area.


Lost Shipments: Shipments in Lost status.


Damaged Shipments: Shipments in Damaged status.


Destroyed Shipments: Shipments in Destroyed status.



Pickup Pendency:



Understand how many days each courier takes to pick up your shipments. Let's understand what 1, 2, 3 and 3+ days delayed means here:


a) 1 Day Delayed: Sum of shipments for which pickup is delayed by one day.

b) 2 Days Delayed: Sum of shipments for which pickup is delayed by 2 days.

c) 3 Days Delayed: Sum of shipments for which pickup is delayed by 3 days.

d) 3+ Days Delayed: Sum of shipments for which pickup is delayed by more than 3 days. 



NDR to Reattempt Delays:


Check how many days it takes to change the status of your NDR shipments after each attempt:


a) 1 Day Delayed: Shipments which are in the same NDR status for 1 day.

b) 2 Days Delayed: Shipments which are in the same NDR status for 2 days.

c) 3 Days Delayed: Shipments which are in the same NDR status for 3 days.

d) 3+ Days Delayed: Shipments which are in the same NDR status for more than 3 days. 



In Transit Delay:



Check how many shipments take extra time for different zones during the transit period. 


a) 1 Day Delayed: We add a delay of 1 day in SLA if the active shipment takes 1 day extra in the In-Transit status.

b) 2 Days Delayed: We add a delay of 2 days in SLA if the active shipment takes 2 days extra in the In-Transit status.

c) 2+ Days Delayed: We add a delay of more than 2 days in SLA if the active shipment takes 2+ days in the In-Transit status.



RAD to Delivery Delay:

 


Check how many shipments take extra time to get delivered after reaching the destination. 


a) 1 Day Delayed: Shipments which are in the Reached at Destination status for 1 day.

b) 2 Days Delayed: Shipments which are in the Reached at Destination status for 2 days.

c) 2+ Days Delayed: Shipments which are in the Reached at Destination status for 2+ days.



RTO Delay:



Check how many shipments in RTO status take extra time to get delivered.


a) 1 Day Delayed: We add a delay of 1 day in SLA if the RTO shipment takes 1 day extra in the RTO Initiated status.

b) 2 Days Delayed: We add a delay of 2 days in SLA if the RTO shipment takes 2 days extra in the RTO Initiated status.

c) 2+ Days Delayed: We add a delay of 2+ days in SLA if the RTO shipment takes more than 2 days extra in the RTO Initiated status.
