Welcome to the "Courier" tab of your Shiprocket dashboard. Here you can get a better understanding of how different couriers are performing for your account. You can also see your average delivery time, pickup and SLA performance here. Let's take a closer look:



Find exactly what you're looking for by filtering out the rest of the data. You can put a filter on the date, zone, and payment mode. 


Note: Filters will work on all data points on the screen. Displayed data will change as per the selected filter.


Let's understand these filters in-depth:


1. Date: Currently, we show a default value for the last 30 Days (Excluding Current Date). The date will work as it is currently working.


2. Zone: We show a default value for all zones: The drop-down contains the following value. You can select multiple options at once:

  • All Zone

  • Zone A

  • Zone B

  • Zone C

  • Zone D

  • Zone E

It's a multi-select. 


3. Payment Mode: Currently, we show a default value for both COD & Prepaid orders. The drop-down contains the following value:

  • Prepaid & COD

  • COD

  • Prepaid



Definitions and Description of each data point:


Courier: You'll find all your selected couriers here.


Mode: Mode of shipment.


Shipment Count: These are non-cancelled shipments you have assigned to each courier. Shipment Count is further divided into two categories based on your selected payment mode:


a) COD: No. of COD shipments assigned with each courier and its percentage

b) Prepaid: No. of prepaid shipments assigned with each courier and its percentage


Delivered: Total shipments in delivered status assigned to each courier. Delivered Count is further divided into two categories:


a) 1st Attempt Delivery: Shipments delivered without NDR

b) NDR Delivered: Shipments delivered post-NDR


NDR Raised: Total shipments went to NDR for each courier 


RTO: Shipment with status RTO Initiated, RTO Delivered, RTO Acknowledged, RTO-OFD, RTO-NDR


Lost/Damaged: Shipments with status lost/damaged/destroyed



Pickup Performance:


Take a look at how different couriers are performing in terms of pickup


Shipment Picked: Total shipments picked up in the selected period


Pickup within 24hrs: Count of shipments that got picked up in less than 24hrs


Pickup within 48hrs: Count of shipments that got picked up in 24-48hrs


Pickup in 48+ hrs: Count of shipments that got picked in more than 48hrs



SLA Performance:



Delivered within SLA: Where the delivery time is less than the SLA. You can further see this data based on different shipment zones:

Average Delivery Time:


You can check your average time between each shipment assigned to its first OFD attempt.



ODA Status:


ODA Pincode Count: Count of ODA pincodes for each courier. Please note ODA pincode count is independent of the selected filters.


ODA Shipment Count: Count of shipments remain undelivered due to ODA.
